My wife and I travel together 100% of the time on United. I got bumped to Premiere Silver status and she didn’t. Any idea why just me and not the both of us?

What does her Mileage Plus account look like? Same amount of flights/PQP?
I fly solo on United, so don't know if multiple people on one booking only gives PQP/Segments to the booker or not

It does not. Points, segments, and PQPs are all tied to the flyer.
Have you checked that her Mileage Plus number was entered for all of the flights? If not, you can usually ask them to apply it after.

Log into each of your respective accounts and look at your status. Very likely she didn't have her FFN added to a few trips.

It's worth a call to their frequent flyer desk and ask for help. They take pretty good care of status members. You might get brushed off but certainly worth a try.
Also checking her flights against yours is a good idea.

You can log into your accounts, click view my united, and click view status tracker. It will show you exactly how many miles and eligible flights you both need to hit the next levels.
