Last preseason game tonight

Just curious what we need to see tonight? Willie said starters will play. From the below choices- just wondering what this board needs to see tonight?
1. Win
2. Effort
3. Starters playing well
4. Who cares- its preseason
5. Just stay healthy
I would say 1, 2, and 3 would be ideal. But definitely 2 and 3 for sure.
Edit: Adding in choice 5 just stay healthy.

Not sure if you’re referring to me. I never posted about that. They weren’t great picks but my thread was just thoughts about whitmore which turned into people hating on the kira, naw, and hayes picks.

I guess on that thought- do you think its a good idea for Willie to give the starters some minutes in this game despite all the injuries we already have?

I wasn’t referencing anyone in particular, just seems like everyone preseason thread devolves into complaints about drafts from 4-5 years ago. Hopefully we play with some passion tonight and actually try to win.

But I don't think we can coach that way. If Willie thinks they could just use the additional rest before the season starts, then I'd get sitting them. But I don't think he should do it just for the sake of hoping dudes don't get hurt.
But like we keep hearing, especially with regards to Zion, the best way to stay or get in game shape is to play games, and if Willie feels Zion or dudes need that game style conditioning, play em as much as you need to.

I think having the starters come out and play a few minutes to get a sweat is fine.

I agree with this. I wonder if Willie just wants to see a bit more cohesive and effort from his starters.

I just want to see this team stop being goofy with the ball. Seems like at least 4-5 times a game for the past few years someone does something with the ball and you're like ... what the heck were you thinking or looking at? They're all guilty but CJ, BI, and Naji seem to be the main culprits. It's cost the Pels 5-8 games a season but this year, with so much parity in the West, if they don't get their shite together ... (lol Jose). It will be the end of this team as we know it.
