I have a good bit in VGT, the ETF version of this. Both are pretty moderate risk IMO being comprised of the top tech stocks.

Anything big tech is up about 20% in the last few months: i own tech etfs: IGV and XLK. They are both up about 20%. I quit buying individual tech stocks and just focus on tech etfs now. Everything else i own is individual stocks.

I'm also up big on a Semiconductor focused ETF SMH.
Wish I had these two in my Roth 10 years ago, would be sitting close to $1m right now.

My 401k is split between VITAX, VTSAX, and VFIAX. Majority in VTSAX.

I wasn’t impressed with returns on VTSAX. I actually consolidated from IVOV, VDGIX, VEIPX and VVIAX.
With the latter 2 providing decent returns.
I lost money on IVOV, VIGAX, and VTSAX.
