Disney’s Christmas Day Parade is frickin’ awful

Mediocre production value with very forced comedy and boring interactions. Lot of promotions for their new movies and characters with little respect for what made them great in the past. Kinda crazy how much Disney has fallen off in the past 10-15 years.

I had such high expectations for the Disney Christmas Day Parade but I am extremely disappointed. This has ruined my Christmas.

We’re spending Christmas with my parents this year and my mom had it on the downstairs TV, so I watched it for a few minutes. No one is really paying attention so I just turned the channel

We had it on in the background. I turned it on because my wife loves parade shows. After about 10 min she said, and I quote… “turn this shite off”.

It is just an infomercial. The actual live parade is pretty good, not up to the standards of a Mardi Gras parade, but pretty good.

Because Disney is trying to reinvent characters and movies by replacing anything that is white, straight, male, or father figures
