So I have developed this in my right foot and my left hand due to the chemo I was on for my prostrate cancer. From what I have read, and heard from my doctor, this crap can hang around 6 months to a year. Already on gaberpentin. Any other things help? My left hand is pretty weak.

Over the counter Alpha Lipoic Acid has shown some benefit with neuropathic pain.

I've got bad news for you. Peripheral neuropathy can last the rest of your life. Not sure why your hand would be weak though. I am five years removed from chemo and still suffer significant neuropathy in my hands and feet.
