This looks pretty good. Hopefully it continues Apple’s run of good shows. Also, I looked and didn’t see any DEI efforts strictly for the purposes of having it.

I’m a sucker for things like this. While it won’t be John Adams, Michael Douglas pretty good as Ben Franklin.

I've been watching it and enjoying it. Not sure how historically accurate it is, but it's entertaining for sure.

Hard to see Douglas play anything but 70’s-80’s wise guy or sleazeball. Not sure the stunt casting of Douglas as Franklin works.

Well its all set around him being in France trying to persuade the French to join America as an ally in the revolution. So its a lot of him being manipulative, a bit of a liar, and a big charmer.

I think it works pretty well.

Just now getting around to watching this. Pretty good, but I too am a sucker for historical dramas like this. Which reminds me I need to rewatch John Adams
