What's the best cut of meat (beef) to cube up for Kababs?

If price doesn't matter, Id dice up a beef tenderloin every time.

Lean cuts like round. Lamb or chicken are better though.

Tenderloin heads and/or tails are perfect for this when you can find them.

I use sirloin. You can find some type of sirloin cut or roast for a decent price.

I like strips
I make sure to do all my various proteins and accompaniments separate. All meat skewers, all onion skewer, all pepper skewers, all tomato skewers.
That way you can make sure everything is cooked the way you like it.
