Snow crab legs. Because I can eat them until the executioner gets tired of being there. Therefore, I live. None of the fixings. Just the crab legs. Fixings would make me tired, and then I’d be done for. I’ll crack legs all day long.

I'm a simple man. Give me a ribeye MR+, mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, and the most decadent mac&cheese someone can come up with. I want a glass of Mendoza Malbec and a boulvadier as an apertif.

No one ever believes this, but one of the most delicious things I ever ate was mashed potatoes at Papadeaux's in Beaumont

Something involving oysters, Charbroiled Oysters, softshell crabs and BBQ shrimp (New Orleans style), and grits.

Sushi. A colossal frick ton of sushi.

My wife has a fear of fish, won’t touch it, won’t eat it. Which pretty much means I don’t get to eat it, either. So I’m planning to gorge myself on sushi as my last meal.

Nothing about this is simple.
I don't know what MR+ is.
No idea how mac & cheese could ever be decadent.
No idea what Mendoza Malbec is.
Don't know what a boulvadier is.
No idea what apertif is.

You might get to live on account of having to decipher such a request.

Medium rare, plus. I love rare steak, but the fat has to be rendered.

Are you shitting me? You don't see how cheese and cream can be decadent?

It's a red wine varietal from a particular region.

Rye whiskey, campari, and sweet vermouth in equal parts. If you've heard of a negroni, it's very similar.

1.Start with a Fogcutter or two and an appetizer of fried egg rolls.
2 Follow that with a bowl of Turtle soup, with plenty sherry.
3.Move on to the main course, roast beef poboys, plenty pepper jack cheese and extra gravy with a few West coast IPA's to wash it down.
4.Move on to dessert, bread pudding with raisins and heavy vanilla rum sauce, coupled with enough port wine to get me to the promised land.

Beef fajitas with peppers, onions, guac, sour cream & cheese served alongside black beans and rice, with a giant bag of tortilla chips and salsa and a bowl of queso. Going out texmex style y’all.
