Changing coaches in the middle of the season will solve nothing when there's nobody healthy on the roster to coach. Let him serve the year, meanwhile dismantle the roster at the deadline and get as much as you can in return. THEN fire DA and Loomis' entire office. It's time to completely wipe the slate clean like they did after Ditka.
