Not sure how I feel about this
As sick as this fricker is this seems like a better way for them to get their fix than actually exploiting real children
Certainly shouldnt be same penalty as real kiddy porn

I see your point, but there is an argument that could be made that this type of fake child porn could create more pedo's than it helps.

Yeah, I would assume AI porn would be equal to drawing porn. Is drawing kiddie porn illegal?
This is an interesting case. But, yeah dude is sick.
EDIT: Seems he was using real photos of kids in the software. That seems to make it feel worse.

Disgusting fricker who should be in prison but I question if laws are written in a way to address this.
AI tech is new with regards to picture and video generation. Existing porn with actors of age who play younger is legal, albeit distasteful. Can they say that using images of someone below 18 to make this is actually CP?

It deserves exactly the same penatly as real kiddie porn. There's no difference. It is in no way a "better way for them to get their fix". When will this "fix" not be enough of a "fix" for them?
