Itchy and Scratchy on Family Guy would be the modern version of that I would guess.

Used to get every MAD Magazine edition in the 80s. Wish I still had them.

In high school there was this older guy that would walk around the buildings.. No one really knew what he was doing... I called him Spy vs Spy.. He wore dark glasses and had a big nose. He would walk around quickly and then disappear..

Alfred E. Newman------"What, me worry"??
Loved Mad Magazine back in the day.
Also "Miraculous Mutha" who had an advice column in "Easyriders" Magazine that was devoted to old school choppers, bobbers and rat bikes that I would buy back in the 70's and 80's.
