Christian McCaffery for Josh Jacobs.

Someone just offered me CMC in a trade of Jacobs. Risky seeing at CMC is coming off injury and JJ has been solid this year in terms of points. But a healthy CMC is intriguing. Should I pull the trigger?
My other RBs are Cooks (Buffalo) and Montgomery (Lions), so I'm pretty solid at RB all things considered.

First or last. You gotta go for it.

Dude absolutely do it IMO. It's not even like you're losing out on short term points because Jacobs is on bye this week.

why would an owner hold on to CMC all this time and then dump him once he comes back?
I dont get it

Maybe he's on the SF coaching staff

maybe he didn't think he could get anything better for cmc sooner and he wants to rid him right before he comes back to avoid possible risk.
i don't agree with the idea, because he lost a lot of weeks waiting on him and he could have gotten something similar before now.
cmc coming off bilateral Achilles tendinitis sounds concerning. who knows.
i have nico on ir and am disappointed and concerned, but i think he finally came off ir today? same concerns with pacheco. not sure i can wait much longer on him and am concerned he doesn't come back the same. i am getting desperate for wins waiting on these guys.
it's like you think you can wait on these guys, but losses piling up can force your hand sooner.

i would consider getting cmc for jacobs and maybe even flip him to the mason owner for something better than jacobs.

Because holding him helped the value and he’s still a huge question mark?
A few months ago he was full send for week 1-

I wouldn't trade McCaffery for Jacbobs. A healthy CMC is the best player in league

LJax may have something to say about that

Is it worth abbreviating someone’s name if it only takes off 1 letter. How much time did you save by typing LJax instead of Lamar

How much time did it save you to ask this?… or me to ask this?

I was gonna ask the same question then realized it was the same person that went on for pages and pages about Saquon being better than CMC then disappeared when it turned out to be wrong.

I think it was a better value argument but impressive memory.

Appreciate your input
LJax is still the best in the game this year

Update: Apparently the guy was shopping CMC around the league and he offered CMC straight up for Cooper Kupp, which was ultimately accepted.
Decisions like his are why the guy who drafted CMC in the first place is currently in last place.

Yea, that trade sucks.
Also a lesson that sometimes immediately accepting a trade is a good thing. It's natural to want more time but that also gives the trade offerer time to shop to other teams, have 2nd thoughts, etc.

yeah, sometimes you gotta jump on trades right away. i have had great trade offers pulled within minutes.
