Are these worth the hype and $$ if you’re getting your full intake of protein in each day? I thought about trying some with the Black Friday sales going on.

I thought I needed BCAA's for post workout (especially after intense workouts). I upped my protein intake and quit taking them. I don't find I need them at all, and looking back...I probably never did.

That’s my thinking also and pretty much what I gathered from reading. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything here. I think that $30-$50 a month would be more beneficial in buying some quality protein.

Dr. Andy Galpin: EAA > BCAA.

This board: only need them if you’re not hitting your protein goals.

I take EAA’s to remove all doubt.

Peptopro or EAA are fine after pepto>eaa

Bcaa are pretty much a waste

Combine either with hbcd and if eaa, add leucine and you have a winning combo
