We should make them wear stars on their clothes so we can make sure they don't get hired. Wouldn't want to accidently hire one of "those people".

There's till a burden of proof.
Notice that they said "zionists," which means they are going to claim discrimination on the basis of political views (not protected) instead of on the basis of race (protected).
If they put non-Jews on the blackball list along with Jews that argument/defense will likely prevail.
But if every name or almost every name on that list is for a Jewish person, they'l likely lose.

If they are putting anybody who supports Israel on their little list, then what they are doing is no different than what many Ivy League alumni did by putting Pro-Palestine students on their "no-hire" lists.
My support for Israel is well documented here, but I can't fault the other side for using a tactic that was started by my side. I didn't have a problem with it when it was the Pro-Paelstine cowards getting listed.
