I don't know any doctors but I would research the podcast with Shawn Baker about MS. And research the Carnivore Diet. Good luck

Location matters
Jesus Lovera in New Orleans at LSU (MS specialist) was great in my interactions with him over 10 years ago; looks like he's still there.

What city are you closest to? I realize privacy is important, but convenience is a key factor.
Any city the size of Baton Rouge, for example, will have neurologists with some training with MS. However, they may not have a true MS specialist with 80% of their patients with MS.
