Thug WR from Georgia who was caught bringing a gun to high school...but Stoops @ OU still honored his scholarship...only a week or so of being at OU to release his famous rap video and then was booted off the team.

Character counts.LSU should never recruit players of questionable character.It is a waste of time and money to recruit talented players with baggage because they never work out and end up dividing the team.

Looks like Les is done doing this. He's passed on in-state RB Eddie Lacy from Dutchtown...who is a top 100 type player, but his character is a huge question mark.

i wouldnt say we never take a chance on guys with shitty characters. we did have rp here and we tried to get nic harris

All that stuff is so widely publicized now it looks terrible on the University. I believe the Universitys are going to start stepping in and pressuring coaches to ease off of the recruits with 'character issues.'

i doubt most would do that. if you can play there will be a spot for you. i wouldn't be surprised to see a few big time teams stay away from guys but the ole miss type teams would swallow up that talent in a heartbeat
