Shrimp salad with Wowee sauce and a handful of fresh saltines.

Pizza time - a quick crust this time, 4 hrs. instead of 48-72 hrs. Same basic dough, but 8 times the yeast.
- blend of grated mozzarella, and provolone cheese, spinach, prosciutto, Canadian bacon, red onion, red sauce
- same cheese blend, Italian sausage, calabrese sausage, red onion, jalapeno pepper slices
Used Rocca's method of putting the cheese down first, worked in that the thin crust wasn't soggy.
