Mates, I am hoping this is more well received than my first version in which our Saints took Shady Sanders and then exclusively offensive linemen.
This time, I called in from the West Coast Draft HQ and recommended we trade down TWICE to acquire more picks and expedite the rebuilding process.

You have them taking two tackles and they have two young promising tackles. You neglected LG. There’s good players in this but my lord you just started two players who won’t see the field in the first 4 picks.

We need young (cheap) talent and this is not a top heavy draft class. Lot of value in 2nd, 3rd, 4th round.

It depends on what course of action they want to take. Who do they target
in free agency will change their priority in the draft. If the best OL,DL,EDG
are off the board in the 1st round they should trade down.Hopefully they
sign a DT,IOL,Saftey in FA . That will allow them to take BPA in the draft.
We all know ML will finagle the cap and get below for FA signings.KM will
also have some players who will follow him.The good things for fans is it is
exciting that there will be alot of change, hopefully for the better, and the future for time being looks promising.

I take every Saints mock where it includes us trading down as a complete fantasy. Unless Moore has a heavy hand in the process, our draft and FA approach isn’t changing.

If we get two starting tackles in the first 50 picks, idc who is on the roster, that would be an A+ draft in itself. In addition to 3 players in the front 7 of the D ....plus our tight end and running back......
