Yep, supposed to close March 4th. I believe she will also get the seller to buy down the rate and go with a 3-2-1 30 yr mortgage. Having to use the Schwab PAL on one of our accounts and will pay it off when our existing house sells. The Pit Bull already has a potential buyer candidate from a different broker in her shop. I am going to miss the 1.625% mortgage on the existing home.
