I remember big arse mushrooms, whole garlic, sausage corn and potatoes...

But you had some other crazy stuff in there that worked really well and I can't remember what all it was.

Likely dropped in a pineapple for the boil and soak. Fresh green beans are good, too. A mesh bag helps…you can use your crawfish sack.

Pineapple i need to try. I do oranges and lemons and of course veggies. My odd addin i insist on is high quality hot dogs. Like Hebrew National. Has to be good ones. They absorb the flavor so well.

Just be careful on the soak. They will turn to mush on long soak. Put in mesh bag so you can pull when ready.
