Heading to Spain in a couple weeks. Got my itineraries worked out, but now I'm looking for food recommendations in the following locations:
Barcelona
Girona
Seville
Cordoba
Madrid
Toledo
Let me know if you have any recommendations in any/all of these places. TIA

There is a bakery in Barcelona called Hofmann that makes a phenomenal marscapone croissant.

Madrid has amazing tapas places, better than even San Sebastain IMO. There is a little street called de la Cava Baja that is full of tapas restaurants the best IMO being Taberna la Cava, Lamiak and Taberna La Concha that also has its own vermut (vermouth) that is amazing. Other good places nearby are La Taberna Errante and El Madroño. We ate brunch at EatMyTrip which despite the shitty name, was fantastic.
If you want some tapas dos and don'ts, watch this guy: We used his vids as a guide in Madrid and San Sebastian and he was spot on. He has food guides for many spanish cities on his channel.

I have been in Seville for 4 years now. 2 places you need to hit: ConTenedor and Puratasca. Recommend reservations for both. Purstasca is inventive takes on tapas. ConTenedor is more of a full plate, high end restaurant, but in a casual setting.

I have plenty of recs for Barcelona.
The best one I have been to is Tast Ller. It is a small place with a set tasting menu and the food is delicious.
Tapeo is a modern tapas bar with gourmet level food.
Llamber is a good tapas style restaurant as is Arcano.
All of these places are in the El Born/ Gothic Quarter neighborhood within a 10 minute walk of each other.

We ate at Az-Zait in Seville. The tasting menu was great and 100 euro for 2.
La Orza in Toledo was also very good.
Second for Llamber in Barcelona. My wife is allergic to, of all things, butter, and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Great food.

Llamber was excellent and it was right behind our hotel (the K&K Picasso). The most memorable dish I had there was boudin noir, fresh blood sausage. Delicious.

In Barcelona if you want a more local experience then head over to the area at the foot of Montjuic. There aren't many tourists over there and the prices for food just as good as better than what you get in the Gothic Quarter is at least 50% less. La Platilleria, Koska Taverna and La Chana are all fantastic tapas places. The people there are very friendly and will help choose dishes if you aren't familiar with the food. La Platilleria is the only one you need reservations for as it is small and gets crowded. There is an all pedestrian street over there called Carrer de Blais that has all sorts of shops and bars but its a world away from the tourist cluster frick of La Rambla.

Barcelona:
Bar Canete for lunch Near the Mercat. Awesome.
Bar Pinotxo tapas is near the market (for lunch, just inside La Boqueria entrance) open 7 AM- 4 PM, good coffee
Bar Mut for lunch or dinner (need reservations but really really good). Tapas and more.
La Barra de Carles Abellan (in the W hotel, near the ocean). Seriously a cool place and great dining spot.
Madrid:
DSTAgE restaurant (high end but worth it).
Mercado de San Miguel (food shops/bars…really fun and tasty to walk around, try lots of awesome food).

Barcelona
Go to the La Boqueria food Market on Las Ramblas street in Barcelona. It is one of the top food markets in Europe and there is a lot of food, both things to eat there with small restaurants and things to buy and carry.
