Probably ten years ago, I was at a guys house in Houma and he had what he called rooster claws. They were delicious. After doing some googling, it looks like they were box crab claws. Does anyone know where you can get some?

The look like a rooster's head.

Boy, I don't know what you talkn' 'bout.

Per the OP, I only know of Blue Crab and Stone Crab-Claws from LA.
I have seen the chicken feet at Rouses. I may read up on some voodoo shite tonight.

Stone crabs have a black spot and are smooth and typically are for whatever reason found in derelict crab traps.
Those claws are off of a deep water crab that I have only seen caught on a double rigger.

Don't let them get you in the face.
When they are in midflight to claw your eyes out, you do a Chuck Norris spin around kick and hear him make some funny sounds and walk sideways.
