Phil is way more likeable than Rory.

The people that know Phil do not want to have a beer with him. The ones that don’t know him won’t want to have more than one with him. Fake jerk that will throw anyone under the bus to get what he wants or to make himself look good.

This fact always gets a lot of downvotes, but the players don't like Phil. I like watching him, he's been my favorite to watch for a long time. But he's apparently a complete a-hole IRL.
