I bought some nice beef ribs today from Costco. I can’t grill them, so they must be cooked in the oven.
Please provide cooking suggestions. This one’s new to me.
Thank you one and all.

Dutch oven pot with lid
3 diced jalapeños
3 diced garlic cloves
1 diced onion
1 diced bell pepper
1 stick of butter
1 can of beer
Tony’s seasoning
Beef ribs
Coat ribs with Tony’s and place on top of all other ingredients, cover with lid and cook in oven at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Remove lid and stir, cook without lid for 1 hour. Enjoy over cooked rice, pasta or potatoes.
