But going from 30th to 24th is a nice little jump; especially when they had the oldest roster in the league for the last several years.

First of all It’s a made up list by espn. And 24th in young talent is bottom of the league still. We are relying on more young players than last year because that might be all we have at a particular position. (Like QB) That doesn’t mean we made some conscious effort to make our roster younger. Mickey has repeatedly denied any acceptance of a real rebuild while holding on to dead weight bums.
