FBD a taste of my 2 new home brews , Sip of NoMow, straight from the fermenters after adding the second round of dry hops to each one. I brewed 12 gallons and split that in two. Pitched Saison yeast to the one on the right and Kviek Norwegian yeast to the one on the right. The Kviek is a bit darker, don't know why but I need to investigate further. Both are super hoppy goodness.....154 IBUs but in reality much lower. The Saison still has a green sharpness but not too bad. The Kviek has a subtle fruitiness....maybe even a cherry taste...damn good.
