Yeah they edited the tweet now to exclude the waivers part.
And pretty much any team would grab him for the super cheap $4M he would cost as a top 10 player at the position the last 2 years.

Money is tight this time of year and teams would rather sign him for a vet min and let the pats stay on the hook for his current guaranteed. He’s also very scheme dependent, still a good player but can’t exactly have him playing the deep 3rd often.

Actually this time of year cap space is in a good spot for about every team following roster cuts, only 6 teams wouldn't be able to afford the $4.3M.
