His sideline demeanor is too mild coming out of the DA era. Our interim coach last year provided more fire. When you don't have the talent, you have to fire guys up to play over their heads.

I think he is just what he is a good OC, but not a headcoach. He doesn't have the demeanor for it.

He cane from a team loaded from top to bottom. The eagles have an average qb and won the super bowl by a lot. First round picks littered all over the offense and defense. I can probably coach that team to win. Now compare them to the saints

Yeah, I'm not blaming him and this is his first year coaching with a crappy team. But a little fire would probably help the team and fans feel a little better.
And honestly, a little underwhelmed by his play calling too though I see some nice calls here and there.
