For those saying I never post anything positive about police officers...



The city cops acted professionally and could very well have saved the woman's life. The old "constable" needs to be be put out to pasture. No telling how many times he has done this.

Their functions, responsibilities, and legality differs so much from state-to-state and jurisdictions-to-jurisdiction, that no one knows what they actually do.

However, they always seem to be lifers in that role.
