U.S. Rig Count Update: Oil Rig Count Down by 4; Total Rig Count Down by 2

Big time GOA work is cooked. It will never be the way it use to be. Government will never allow it, and big O&G will never invest the money into it with the constant government turnover and constant threat from lawyers suing them.
