IL cop found guilty of murder. Partner testified against him.

A pretty clear case that he wanted kill the lady. He was in zero danger. I'll never understand how they can be so dumb to do it on camera though. It is also surprising and refreshing that his partner immediately knew it was a bad shooting and held him accountable from the beginning.
