Lane Kiffin HC...pay the man $15+ million per year with incentives. Each time he trolls another SEC team fanbase on social media, he gets a $10K bonus.

Eric Morris OC....pay the man $2 or 3 million a year to dig our offense out of this hole

Keep Baker as DC, with stipulations that his arse can be gone if he can't figure out a running QB

CEO as DL coach and Brand Ambassador...just let him have his choice of blonde Coeds as compensation

John Papuchis ST Coordinator...pay the man $900K

Then go pay an OC 2-3 million to assist Lane Kiffin in drawing up plays

So a guy that's never won anything of note is the highest paid coach in the history of college sports?

Kiffin is a great offensive mind but he has never run a consistently high level program and making him the highest paid coach is dumb.
