I’d stepped away from cooking for a bit, but I’m getting back into it, and my new Keveri H1 will give me a good excuse to revisit the stack of recipes I’ve collected over the years.

From what I’ve read and watched so far, the Keveri H1 gets a lot of positive feedback. It’s still a relatively new product in the outdoor-cooking space, originally designed in Chile and influenced by traditional clay ovens and live-fire cooking methods.

It’s meant to be a versatile all-in-one cooker—smoker, grill, oven, and high-heat pizza setup — which is probably why people who use it seem to really like it, even if it doesn’t have a huge following yet.

It also comes with a five-year warranty as long as you register it within 60 days, which is reassuring for something this new.

Overall, I’m looking forward to putting it to use and getting back into cooking again.

I have some hanger steaks coming in that I am going to try on it for my first cook.

The Keveri H1 is a vertical & pit smoker, charcoal grill, high-temp grill, baker's oven, pizza, and wood-fired oven – all in one.

I had seriously considered a pellet grill -- Camp Chef Woodwind Pro 24 Pellet Grill but never could pull the trigger, and I believe I will be glad that I waited and found this.

Keep us posted. I'd like to know how high you get the temp for pizzas (and maybe steak). I'm surprised to read the claim that it uses only charcoal, and I wonder if the manufacturer recommends only a specific type of charcoal to achieve long, sustained temps.

I'd also like to know how well it contains heat. If you have one of those laser temperature guns, I would love to know if there are any external hot spots that are outside the norm. No grill is perfect, but I'm curious about heat retention.

Thanks for posting, it looks interesting. It claims to make a serviceable hi-temp pizza oven. I'm curious to see how that works and the real world results.

Just watched a video. That thing looks like a lot of fun. Once you get comfortable with please come back with a review. I know I will have lots of questions.

I will. I expect to receive it in early December, and I'll tinker with it on the weekends in December for sure.

A little expensive, but it looks very versatile.

Kind of like if you could only have one outdoor cooking tool, this could be it.
I'm intrigued. I'm looking for something like this for my cabin.

You'll definitely have to post pics of food, and your thoughts along the way.

Ordered the same grill about a week ago.

Have you received yours and had a chance to check it out?

Neighbor has one. I was a touch skeptical, but he cooked some chickens at like 275, took em off and moved a shelf down and opened the vents like directed and cooked some strips at 450 or so with a nice sear and easy to go to perfect temp.

Very impressed.
