It's not like these folks are director of ops at an airline, a hotel manager or a high school basketball coach.

Because with all of the inbreeding, they aren’t sure who da baby daddy is. And since all of their DNA is the same, it can’t be verified. Therefore nobody wants to own the kid because it might not be their kid. It could be a brother/sister, cousin, aunt or uncle. So the kids go to daycare and eventually start the inbreeding process all over again.
