We always play better without him. He is the worst rated guard in the NFL. Idk why he hasn’t been cut.

I love coming to this board. I’m not sure why I enjoyed this thread so much but “stink of the Allen regime” and the guy saying we lost big and called out as a clown just made me laugh.

I don’t know much about his abilities but do you remember 2006? Payton’s first year, Jamar Nesbit and Stinchcomb were wasting away on the roster under Haslett (along with Devery Henderson) and both ended up starting for us in 2006 on the OL and played pretty well. So, just because they’re from old regime doesn’t really mean anything

My biggest fear for this team is that Ruiz is starting at OG for us in 2026.
We all knew Peat was bad at LG and every year they trotted him back out there resulting in our HOF QB getting injured. I hope the change in coaches makes letting him go or moving him to backup center more tenable.

Ruiz will 100% get Shough hurt if he starts next season. He got Brees injured as well. It's mind boggling how a guy this long in the league can be this bad. They'll keep him because of the contract but he definitely needs to go and upgrading both guard positions should be a priority.
