his arms not weak . he just doesn't step into throws. clean up his footwork and you will see a strong arm. not sure about the rest of his limitations though

His biggest limitation was decision making and consistency to make the critical 3rd down throws.
There were may times he should have relied on his legs yet he decided to throw and was not successful. I’ve heard he has always been a passer first then runner, maybe he need to run a little more!
