Save yourself the 5-7mil/yr on Leavitt or Sorsby. Get to keep Lagway for 2 yrs. Take savings and go get the Coleman's (Aub WR and Penn St edge). Probably still have money leftover... Give me that trio over over of the other 2 QBs

We can deal with a game manager. We can't deal with a turnover machine, which Lagway is. He makes terrible decisions throwing the ball and that's not something that's easily fixed.
Pretty much every highly successful LSU QB in the last 20 years was a game manager first that we gradually uncorked until they were elite. Hard to put the toothpaste back in the tube with a QB like Lagway.

I would trust LK to develope Lagway, wouldn't be my first choice, but either way he will get the most out of him no question

He was the top rankesd QB in the country two years ago and has been playing hurt with a bad head coach. Give him a healthy offseason with Kiffin and he'd be a steal for 2mil

MVB had a better TD to int ratio and just as good completion percentage then Lagway…yes, it was in limited starts, but is DJ Lagway really worth 2 million? I do think Lane could develop him or maybe not even develop him, but put him in a better offense that will set him up for success unlike he was at Florida.

This board is going ballistic over a QB on a questionable injury and you want a guy who hasn't been able to practice a full offseason since high school? Lagway is injury prone and it has stunted his development which is why he's an interception machine.

Id take two years of Lagway at 1/3 the price and improve roster elsewhere... Unless funds are unlimited than sure go get Leavitt or Sorsby
