2026 AMA Supercross Season

We are just 5 days away from Anaheim 1. Looking forward to the season.
Schedule is below.
News I know of. Please add yours below and I will add it to the top thread.
Jett Lawrence injured on Dec 20 while practicing in Florida. I think he will be back for Motocross but it looks like he is out of the Supercross season. Or at least enough of it to keep him from being a factor
Red Bull KTM 250 Rider out for the entire supercross season so they will not have a entry.
Julien Beaumer, the team's sole 250SMX rider under contract, will be OUT for entire supercross season following his injury at the SMX Playoffs 1 race in September and the team will not have a fill-in rider.
Chance Hymas is switching from the East to the West division and battle with with Deagan.
Joe Shimado is out most of if not all the 250sx season. No fill in rider for him on the Honda HRC team.
IF you have been under a rock, Eli Tomac has switched to KTM for the 2026 season..

I used to love going to dirt bike races growing up. Are tickets relatively cheap? Would be for Nashville.

Sucks almost all the races are on Peacock.

Yea, its not the first time. It honestly is the only reason I keep peacock. I like to watch the races.
There will be more on NBC and Fox sports, they just dont pick them up at the beginning of the season.
I will try to keep this thread up to date on broadcast in between my daily life. LOL.

Yea, its just a crap shoot if these guys stay healthy enough to complete the season. Just crazy that Jett is out before it starts. That really opens up the 450s. One of the biggest issues with Supercross/Motocross over the years is that there is always one guy that is head over heels better than everyone else. Most of the seasons is a watch to see who finishes second.
You have to think Chase Sexton is the odds on favorite to win the 450s but that dude can really screw things up for himself. I guess Hunter and Cooper Webb would be also favorites.

For real? I have always been a bit worried about this eventually happening. He is a frigging stud on a 250 (when healthy) but I have always been concerned a 450 would be too much bike for him to throw around easily.

These look off to me, Tomac beat Roczen head to head in Vancouver a few weeks ago on his new ride with KTM, Webb is the defending champ and he clearly got in Sexton’s head last year,…..

Yea, Kenny is fast at times but I dont see him as a Championship contender.

Hunters never won a race and only has like two career podiums. If this was outdoors I’d say he had 2nd best odds but definitely not sx. If I’m hunter or Honda I just want him to get a win or two, make all 17 races and get a lot of podiums.

Historically, Webb is awful the season after he wins a championship.
