I never realized that Biloxi has an Interstate ramp that is built literally over the beach

Seems kinda trashy if you ask me. Could they not have at least extended land out from the shore line to make it look less hastily built?

I-110 begins at an interchange with US 90 on the Gulf of Mexico in Biloxi. The ramps to and from US 90 eastbound pass over the gulf and the beach.

No waffle house on the beach, no care.

I think it’s unique and cool

Mermaids hang out under it.

Cause they had to go around that tree. Duh

Great fishing during high tide, under da bridge

Calling that a “beach” is a bit of a stretch.

We throw this word around way to liberally.

Are you aware that the entire Mississippi coast beach is already manmade?

That bridge was literally supposed to go to Ship Island but Katrina blew it into a circular shape so they left it like that.

It’s right next to the Beau Rivage multi-level parking garage, so that stretch of beach wasn’t going to see use anyway.
In fact the picture in your post was taken from the parking garage.

It's been years but I remember that thing. I guess it's practical if you don't want a series of red lights. But it works for y'all acting like Mississippi can afford nice things for y'all.

I agree with the trashy assessment.

You call that a beach?

My brother didn't believe that the ocean at Biloxi was really an ocean the first time he went there. It was dark when we got to the casino, but he tried to tell everybody that it was a lake and no ocean looks like that.
