Kiffin isn’t an idiot.
I’d be willing to bet he has an ace up his sleeve.
I’d also be willing to bet our QB room next year will be infinitely better than it was this year.
Give the dude some time.

I’d argue it already currently is just because the coaching is better.
Even with no QBs in the room, the QB room has a higher chance of success.

I am perplexed about where all this momentum is coming from for ole Miss.
Common sense would say that players would follow their coach, but Chambliss and Lacey staying, multiple commits including Curne, and trending for Knight.
They’re trending up after losing the best coach in their programs history

People here genuinely believe that one of the worst offenses in the nation and a 7-6 team can be turned into a national championship contender team in a blink of an eye.

Money. Spending a lot to stay relevant. If they let all their best players leave with the best coach they ever had then it's back to mediocrity. Using Money to keep the players and fight to stay competitive. Not faulting them for it, its their best chance.

Their pride has been crushed. They NEED wins against LSU.
So, their paying dearly for recruiting wins against LSU.

Media I'm sure is playing a part, will get better eventually. Only problem for ole miss is they are running off this year's success and they have Golding now who will have to rebuild offensive staff where he will most certainly downgrade in that area. I would expect some of these players staying or the ones they are getting will leave after next year

I would encourage everyone to look at all the people that Texas Tech is signing and see if those are the players that you would want…

Wilson trying to raid LSU’s RB and Oline rooms when he couldn’t get them to run through wet toilet paper last year is not the end of the world.

I think most posters here are upset about the media hits we’ve taken over the last month have affected these commits.
It’s a bit much. They are just concerned that the voices out there are hurting lsu.

Chambliss is kinda stuck at Ole Miss. No other team can wait out his waiver situation.

THIS. We are not contending for a national title in 2026. 2027? Hopefully yes. But not this fall coming up.

Lane is the greatest coach of all time if LSU is a legit national championship contender next year.

Don't think for 1 second the scum.media didnt intentionally put out that rumor of Weiss going to the NFL to intentionally try and hurt our portal signings.

They are currently living in the narrative that Golding and the coaches who stayed are the best coaches in their history. Circle the wagons mentality. Their decisions, many of their players decisions, their fans, most of the media- all are currently espousing this.
Not surprising if some portal players get swept up into that- especially if they’re putting their money behind that narrative.

I wish we could've seen what Lane could do with a healthy Nuss. We don't hate the BK era enough for the amount of wasted talent on offense this year.

It's pretty weak outside of Sorsby so far.
