Might end up here next year.
Feel bed for the kid for having shady agent that is his coaches agent also.
Landry was right. This is a problem.

Shady agents is an epidemic in college sports. At least with the professionals you need to actually be licensed.

Who cares let him go wasn't meant to be he was stupid for signing a deal and then changing his mind. Kids should be accountable for their actions, That's why you got all these entitled motherfrickers running around with purple hair and pink fingernails and dudes wearing bras....parents and young adults with no accountability

It’s always someone else’s fault, blame the agent. Kid should waited- he didn’t oh well.

Lmao he went behind his agents back and took advice from the same guy that was advising Nico. Also, if he didn’t want to have the same agent as his coach, maybe he shouldn’t have hired the same agent as his coach…

The agent is the same for the head coach and the player. That’s a bad plan for any player. You have to get someone else. He likely will learn a lesson from this.

His agent wasn’t shady. He just saw a bigger bag and tried to bail.

Because kid did not know about buyout clause?
Big boy money comes with big boy contracts that should come with big boy understanding of agreement. You own you.
Would normally declare “no excuses”. But this NIL world for these kids is revealing they are kids.

No, but he’s the one who’s supposed to act in the best interest of his client. An agent who was actually doing that for Williams would have told him to never sign that “contract” because it’s a terrible deal for him.

His agent didn’t even have him explore other opportunities before signing back with Washington for less money than he could’ve ended up with elsewhere

As I understand the facts clear malpractice or fraud on part of agent unless provision clearly explained by agent to client.

Didn’t Kelly and Nuss have the same agent and Kelly kept trotting Nuss out there hurt?

It’s a life lesson for him. He needs to learn it. UW and his own agent didn’t have his best interests at heart. It’s clear the agent was looking out for the big Fisch and not the little fish in Williams. His own agent dropped him as soon as humanly possible basically only looking out for UW/Fisch.

The barber in Amite would be a millionaire if he was still relevant today.

It’s generally a conflict of interest.
