Probably other players he represents. The amount of conflicts of interest in the NIL era with agents representing multiple players and coaches is striking.

It’s been said that Sam is asking for the team he will sign with to commit other players on that team to using his brother as their agent.
His brother would receive a portion of Sam’s NIL earnings as well as any other players he represents. They are trying to make it a damn pyramid scheme.

I get how that might be a tough ask, but it would not appear as if he's looking for anything crazy...if what you posted is indeed true.
