D3…worth a look. Yes, I said D3. Do it.
Blaha completed 27 of 41 passes for 291 yards and a touchdown, and ran for 128 yards and two touchdowns, giving him a total of 6,189 individual yards on the season. In the third quarter, he broke Joe Burrow’s NCAA record of 6,039 yards, which the quarterback set during LSU’s 2019 national championship season. Both Blaha and Burrow played 15 games in their record-setting seasons.
On Friday, Blaha won the Gagliardi Trophy, the Division III version of the Heisman Trophy.
