Pretty good read if you’re interested in this stuff. Tweet and link to newsletter below.

Excerpt:

quote:

Per Amanda Christovich , and I can confirm, the price tags have never been higher.

From the article: "The revenue-sharing only raised the floor for athlete compensation, as the new College Sports Commission lacks the power to enforce rules regarding pay-for-play NIL deals. Schools can bring players third-party NIL deals beyond the revenue-sharing cap. To do that, schools and collectives can source legitimate deals for players, from endorsements to event appearances, as if they were agents themselves—and schools can add that as part of the overall compensation package.

For power conference football rosters, the magic number is $25 million . . . with some programs reaching $35 million."

As long as LSU’s sponsors funds are legit, LSU will be fine.

Still wonder who leaked only LSU’s deal… Heitner says he’s involved with Sorsby’s deal but disclosed he isnt the one who leaked it.

Dellenger is about to beat off on Twitter saying lsu is about to get the csc death penalty. He's got to be having a gay affair with Keith Carter at this point.

According to Moscona, LSU is one of the only schools that his their shite together and is prepared for the Deloitte guys to review all NIL deals. Odd to be the school being put on blast about this stuff.

Because they scared we already have the loopholes covered. I think its a scare tactic.

I cant find the article but it went in depth on what you will and wont be able to get away with. From about 2 months ago

This article is long but covers the same stuff Delly put out there on Twitter. However, Delly makes it sound like we are about to get the death penalty while Lane is out there pursuing a top QB with one of these deals, while the long form article makes no such implication. Very curious.

Yes, Delly needs to understand how Playfly works. But, he won’t because he’s a beta arse bitch.

It’s crazy how far LSU has come in the past couple of years. They were so far behind the 8 ball when the gates opened.

MMR could pay for Delly to disappear and I’d be fine with it.

You guys do realize that the MMR referenced in the LSU-Sorsby proposal stands for “Multimedia Rights” and has nothing to do with the company run by Pepper Rutland, right?
