One for sexual abuse of a young boy

January 6 suspects facing new charges Self-proclaimed "Jan 6'er" Andrew Johnson arrested on child sex abuse charges The 44-year-old Tampa Bay-area man was accused of entering the Capitol on Jan. 6 by crawling through a broken window. He pleaded guilty in the spring of 2024 to charges of violently entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct and demonstrating inside the Capitol. He was pardoned by Trump in January 2025.

Andrew Johnson was arrested again in July 2025 in Hernando County on multiple child sexual abuse charges. A probable cause affidavit accuses Johnson of molesting his girlfriend's 11-year-old son three times in 2024, including twice at the Tarpon Springs home where they lived.

According to the affidavit, Johnson told the boy he was pardoned for storming the Capitol on Jan. 6 and that he was being awarded $10 million for being a "Jan 6'er." Johnson is accused of telling the boy he would be putting him in his "will" to take the money he had left over.

"This tactic was believed to be used to keep [the child] from exposing what Andrew had done to him," the affidavit reads.

Daniel Ball arrested on felony firearm charges after Jan. 6 case dropped The Homosassa man threw an explosive device into the entranceway of the Capitol on Jan. 6, according to the DOJ. The explosion injured several officers. He was also accused of "violently pushing" against a line of Capitol police officers and prying a large "piece of a wooden shutter from a window in the Senate" while inside the Capitol.

Just days after Ball's case was dismissed by President Trump, he was re-arrested on felony firearm charges, given his previous felony record of domestic violence and strangulation.

Jarod Hawks arrested on battery charges after Jan. 6 case dropped The 44-year-old Port Orange man was accused of using a large "Keep America Great" sign as a battering ram against a police line and kicking down a bike rack that was being held by police on Jan. 6. He was charged with multiple felonies, including assault on a federal officer with a deadly weapon, before his case was dismissed by President Trump.

Hawks has since been arrested multiple times on charges including battery, burglary and resisting an officer, according to Volusia County jail records. Most recently, Hawks was charged with battery and contempt of court in November 2025.

Good. Put him away for life if he did this. Is this what you were wanting to hear or were you expecting us to defend him because he was previously arrested for being involved in J6?

Did you know O's "chef" died in like 2 feet of water directly behind O's home in Mahthah's Vineyard?

Did you make a comment about that news?

Not sure what your point is since he did it happened before the pardon and the authorities just found out now.

He either did it in the spring before pleading guilty, or Biden allowed him to walk after the guilty plea.
