CAUGHT: Over 7,600 fake diplomas were distributed for NURSING JOBS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES!
The investigation involved many international nursing candidates, including those from INDIA who purchased these credentials to work in the U.S.
Aspiring nurses bought fake documents to pass the NCLEX (nursing board exam) and get licensed in various states, securing nursing jobs across the U.S.

MIAMI – In the latest development of Operation Nightingale—a scheme that created an illegal licensing and employment shortcut for aspiring nurses—fraud-related charges have been filed against 12 defendants for their roles in selling fraudulent nursing diplomas and transcripts. In Phase I of Operation Nightingale, 30 defendants were charged and convicted by plea or at trial in 2023. According to court records, the defendants conspired to sell false nursing credentials—diplomas and transcripts fraudulently obtained from Florida-based nursing schools—to aspiring Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Nurse Practioner/Vocational Nurse (LPN/VN) candidates. Purchasers of the bogus documents used them to qualify for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX), commonly known as the nursing board exam. Candidates who passed the exam became eligible for licensure in various states, and once licensed, obtained employment as nurses across the United States.

Is there anything in the USA that isn't exploited and full of fraud by legal and illegal immigrants?

50 year old issue, while recruiting in Pakistan I was shown the curb side resume office where for five bucks someone would type out a resume specific to the job opening. Curb side meaning an upright typewriter on a vegetable crate.
About that time we had to generate West Virginia engineering degrees for visa applications in Saudi Arabia.
Anybody recruiting is fully aware of the work arounds[scams] and plans accordingly

This is to be expected when you artificially inject people from corrupt, 3rd World shitholes into a previously high trust society.

Connecting the dots? Pun intended.

Samrat Mukherjee, a former Baton Rouge paramedic, falsely represented himself as a medical doctor for several years despite never attending or graduating from medical school. He created fake credentials — including a bogus medical degree and residency documents — and told co-workers and friends he was a licensed physician, even wearing clothing labeled “M.D.” and “Flight Surgeon” to gain access to hospitals and patient care areas. Between about 2019 and 2022 he called in prescriptions under the names of real doctors and engaged in other acts tied to his fraudulent claim of being a physician. Mukherjee ultimately pleaded guilty in federal court to making false statements relating to health care matters and was sentenced to prison.
