It's scary thinking that they could really screw up the country today. They could destroy girl's sports, title 9 as well as imports, exports, free trade, GDP and the balance of trade.

this shouldn't even be a legal discussion, it can be solved easily by a DNA test or pelvic x-rays. don't leftists claim to be the party of science after all? Well that's a lie on their part

Democrats will automatically vote for men in women’s sports.
It’s up to the Republicans to set this right.
3rd Party voters should remember stuff like this before allowing a Democrat POTUS. Next one could appoint multiple justices.

The argument of the liberal wing is that one person has a right to constitutional challenge, while they somehow ignore the constitutional challenge of all those impaired by that one person.
It seems the attorney does not want to bring that argument up because he has had multiple opportunities when the liberals ask why one persons claim is not sufficient.

The fact that she made it to the Supreme Court only because Biden excluded 99.999% of America as candidates is shameful. That's the ultimate DEI hire and is does a disservice to blacks because it assumes they must be helped along because they are unqualified for a position.

Also, the chick talking now is medically wrong. She basically argued that:
- A guy is not a guy until puberty.
- The minute a guy suppresses his test, he is equal to a girl. Medically wrong. The body is simply different. To many studies have verified that.

Yes. All sports should change from mens\womens basketball etc. to XX basketball and XY basketball.
Blood test before being accepted onto a team. Problem solved. There is no workaround for the perverts.
