While this will of course cause insane amounts of screaming and outrage from libs - > Withholding federal funds from sanctuary cities (cities that literally enable illegal immigration, the crime that comes with it, and actively interfere with federal immigration enforcement) is actually a solid and reasonable punishment

The first Trump administration tried to stop funds to sanctuary cities. Some damn district judge somewhere said he couldn’t. What has changed?
