Never developed a QB. He inherited and was carried by Big Ben.

The dumbass literally had George Pickens and couldn't coach him up or get him the ball

Prob ruined Najee Harris' career

His defenses have been good though

He's a CEO coach. Doesn't call any plays. They never did anything with the roster either.

Who was he supposed to develop: Mason Rudolph, Trubisky, Duck Hodges, Pickett, Justin Fields?

I don’t think those can both be true.

Think most people rated him as mediocre

Consistent winner… most coaches don’t win the Super Bowl… 18 coaches don’t go to the playoffs every year… he was never one them

I don't know if he's to blame or the GM but I feel like their talent has been Browns level yet he somehow stayed over .500

He was a solid coach, like it's been said, no losing seasons. Andy Reid a top 5 all time coach just had a horrible season with a hall of fame quarterback.

Their fans don’t appreciate winning and it’s the same entitlement issue as the Gumps . They were spoiled in the past but the sense of entitlement exactly like is happening to the Gumps now . Both are descending and will suffer for a long time before relevance is present again .

I hate this term. People who use it have no idea what a CEO does.
