Could it be possible a bruise described as internal bleeding? Sure. It’s possible. That would be far outside of the normal nomenclature. Possible though? Yes

I think everyone saw the video. While the driver is 100% at fault and the shooting was justified people also saw how hard he was hit.
Maybe he suffers from hemophilia though.
